Jonny was elected as Councillor for St. Paul’s ward in May 2023. Jonny aims to be a voice for young families in St Paul’s and across our wider borough. He has served on the committee for residents associations and serves as a school governor.

Josh currently works in the learning & development and IT industry specialising in technology-enhanced learning. Josh is a keen musician and does lots of work with a local youth music charity throughout the year.
Ed McGuinness is a former British Army Officer and veteran of Afghanistan. Twelve years ago Ed commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and is now honoured to have the opportunity to represent the same Parliamentary seat of Surrey Heath.
Since the Liberal Democrat administration at Surrey Heath Borough Council raised car parking charges across the Borough, by as much as 75%, local businesses and residents have said they have seen a reduction in footfall.
