The Parish of Normandy includes Christmas Pie, Flexford, Pinewood, Normandy, Willey Green, and Wyke.

Normandy Parish falls wholly within Guildford Borough Council, where it is represented by two Councillors; David Bible and Keith Witham, with Keith also representing the Parish at Surrey County Council.
