James Harris is a Parish Councillor for Lightwater on Windlesham Parish Council.

James is a civil engineer and has spent his career managing large scale projects from golf courses, mixed residential, transport, utilities with his most high profile project being the London 2012 Olympics where he was part of the utilities construction team.

In his spare time James is a trustee of a national sporting charity. James moved to Lightwater in 2017. James’ key focus is infrastructure and a leisure provision available to all.

At Parish, James sits as the Chair on the Cemetery Committee, and is Vice-Chair for the Planning Applications Committee.
